All arrival times are moniterd to ensure that our driver will be there to meet and greet you in the arrivals hall after you have cleard customs, he will then take your luggage and escort you on the short walk to the car. For flight arrivals we do not charge for waiting time and there are no parking fees. We cover all uk air and seaports and can transport you safely and in comfort to/from the South West of England. Please note that it will take around 20/30 minutes from the time your flight lands for you to enter the arrivals hall at Bristol Airport, however at larger airports like Heathrow and Gatwick this can be anything from 30 - 90 minutes, whatever happens our driver will always be there to greet you with a smile. Please advise us if you only have carryons as this will make your exit much quicker.

Bath Crystal Cars are very well experienced in the transportation of overseas students to and from the Bath Spa University and the University of Bath which are quite different and located either sides of the City. We understand that for many it`s their first time travelling abroad alone, and can be a worrying time for them and the family. Our drivers always meet passengers in the arrivals hall and assist with the luggage on the short walk to the car. When arriving at their university we take them to the specified office to check in and collect the key, then deliver them to the place of residence which they have been allocated. Travel to Bath from Heathrow by train involves going into London and changing trains at Paddington Station, the journey from Paddington to Bath Spa is around 1hr 30mins. With us drive time to Bath is 1hr 45mins and we can have passengers in their university residence within a couple of hours of arriving into the UK.

Young unaccompanied flyers (usually under 14 years of age) are brought through into arrivals by the airline representative, our named driver will be waiting with his passport for identification. After signing the form from the airline we will then look after the young traveller and deliver them safely and professionally to their destination, if a number is supplied we can text the parents/guardians that they have arrived safely and all is well. Please note that no telephone number is on this site because we prefer emails, our number is always included in all mail correspondence.

We only operate saloon vehicles that can carry 4 passengers maximum and all our prices are for the car not the number of passengers, 1 or 4 pax travelling the cost remains the same with NO HIDDEN EXTRAS !
